Service Description

In this yoga and mindfulness class children will learn breath work and guided meditations to help them regulate emotions. Class will include yoga stretching and exercises to gain body awareness, develop strength, flexibility, and improve concentration. Children will explore mindful coloring and kindness activities with the community to improve empathy. Pricing includes $25 non-refundable registration fee. Registration opens August 1st at 12 pm.
