Partner with your toddler in a fun yoga class filled with animated poses, games, art, music and breathing exercises. We'll bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose and roar in lion pose, while we take a yoga journey that your child will never forget! This class provides a bonding opportunity between caregiver and child, while strengthening the muscles of little ones.
This fun, high-energy yoga class is for the whole family. This class combines animated yoga poses, music, games, relaxation activities, and social skills. You will develop strength, flexibility, and focus while learning new tools to practice yoga with your kids. It is a wonderful opportunity for family bonding time.
Preschool Yoga 3-6
This class includes simple yoga poses with music, art, games, breathing exercises, and relaxation activities, as well as teaching kids about body awareness, self expression, and social skills. Active and fun, the classes help students develop strength, flexibility, concentration, and focus.
Kids yoga 6-9
Improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, lots of yoga games, breathing and basic anatomy.
Help build strength and flexibility with more physically challenging postures and flowing sequences. Promote self-confidence, awareness and control. Visualization and breathing exercises are used for overall balance and concentration, which can be applied toward everyday situations. Partner and group poses are emphasized. Age appropriate yoga games are included in every class.
Using yoga postures to build inner and outer strength and flexibility are the main focus of this class. Also included are partner and group poses. Experience emotional balance through the physical and mental benefits of yoga by practicing breathing exercises, flowing sequences, balancing poses and deep relaxation while building a healthy relationship with your body. Positive self-awareness and esteem are encouraged.
Combining acrobatics with yoga, Acro Yoga offers a fun way to connect. Come prepared to work in groups of three or more. You will learn base and fly as well as the importance of spotting for fall prevention. Acro Yoga is a great way to practice trust, communication, and connection, while exploring fun ways of body movement.
Just starting yoga? Want to learn a headstand or handstand? Private yoga sessions offer students the ability to focus on individual interests, concerns, or goals. These sessions offer privacy and personal attention at your own pace and in your own safe environment. Without distractions from a group, one can more easily attain breathing, body postures, concentration, balance, and meditation.
