Our children are living in a fast paced world of busy parents, academic pressure, peer pressure, video games, tablets, and competitive sports. These things can cause a lot of stress and not a lot of opportunity for children to slow down.
Yoga teaches kids:
Focus - Children use concentration and breath to hold yoga posture
Strength - When kids practice yoga their bodies and mind become stronger holding challenging yoga postures
Body Confidence - Yoga focuses on the body from the inside out. It will teach them to view their body as a whole. Not what it looks like, but what it can do.
Relaxation/Meditation - Children learn how to breathe deeply and fully. They become more aware, present, and mindful. This allows them to be still and quiet their body and mind.

Private lessons - Cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made outside this window result in 50% of class dues. Please make changes 24 hours prior. A "no show" will result in being charged the full class fee.
Inclement Weather - Outdoor yoga classes that cannot be conducted due to bad weather can be moved to another location or rescheduled at the earliest time available.
Group Classes - Missed group (in person and virtual) classes cannot be made up unless class is fully cancelled
Cancellation for schools booked through this website end 14 days prior to class' start date. NO cancellations or refunds will be given after the start of class unless otherwise stated on booking form.
