Service Description

This class includes simple yoga poses with music, games, breathing exercises, and relaxation activities, as well as teaching kids about body awareness, self expression, and social skills. Active and fun, the classes help students develop strength, flexibility, emotion regulation, and focus. *Price includes $25 nonrefundable registration fee.*

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before the class start date. No refunds or credits will be given for classes missed by the student. If their is a missed class by the teacher, another date will be found to make it up.
