Service Description

In this yoga class kids explore the art of yoga in a fun and empowering way. Through playful poses, and interactive activities, kids embark on a journey of self-discovery and emotional regulation. Led by experienced instructors, each session introduces mindfulness techniques and stress-relieving practices tailored to their unique needs. Join us for a vibrant exploration where laughter, self-expression, and inner resilience intertwine to foster a stronger, more balanced sense of well-being! 🌟Yoga mats will be provided. Students should wear comfortable clothing that they can move in. (Capped at 24) Pricing includes a $15 non refundable registration fee.
